Uni-Italia at the 25th Annual EAIE Conference

Uni-Italia is taking part in the 25th Annual EAIE Conference which is going to be held in Istanbul from 10th to 13th September.

The main goal of the EAIE - European Association of International Education is to strengthen the globalisation of higher education in Europe and the world. The events set up annually by the EAIE represent un important opportunity to bring together the professionals from academic background from everywhere in the world with the aim to exchange ideas, learn from the best practice as well as to discuss on the main topics of this field.

This year's theme is Weaving the future of global partnerships and it is organised around two main events:


- a conference that gathers about 4,000 representatives and 350 exhibitors from more than 80 countries to participate to sessions, workshops and round tables about the globalisation of higher education;

- a fair during which exhibitors can promote their higher education offer to an institutional and international audience, exchange, set new partnerships or review the existing one.


Uni-Italia, EAIE’s member since September 2012, is going to set up an Italian Pavilion to improve the visibility of the Italian higher education offer. Many Italian universities and academies are going to take part in the Uni-Italia Pavilion such as Politecnico di Milano, University of Bocconi, University of Rome Tor Vergata, Politecnico di Torino, Sapienza University of Rome, University of Piemonte Orientale, University of Ferrara, Università Politecnica delle Marche, Ca’ Foscari University of Venice, University of Sassari, University of Udine, Tuscany University Network, University of Calabria.

Furthermore, Uni-Italia will take part in 25th Annual EAIE Conference’s activities in program with the aim to give our contribution to the debate on the globalization of the higher education.
